Portrait Session {ONE} includes:
40 minute session at vJoy,
a 15 image ordering gallery,
and (1) low resolution digital file (for printing up to 5x7)

Portrait Session {TWO} includes:
60 minute session at one location within 10 miles of 53402, a 30 image ordering gallery, (10) low resolution digital files (for printing up to 5x7)
and (1) social media cover photo

Portrait Session {THREE} includes:
90 minute session, one location within 20 miles of 53402, a 50 image ordering gallery, (1) social media cover photo AND your session digital files (for printing up to 8X10)

Terms and Conditions
1. Photographic Materials: All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall make previews available to the client for the purpose of selecting photographs. The Photographer may choose to provide the client with the digital images pending this coverage has been purchased.
2. Copyright and Reproductions: The Photographer shall own the copyright on all images created and shall have the right to make reproductions for the Photographer's portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display. Digital files may be purchased and reproduced with written permission of the Photographer. At no time should the Client make any edits, enhancements, cropping or any other alterations to the photos provided them by the Photographer. The Client understands that the picture provided to them are for PRINTING PURPOSES ONLY and are not to be sold, given away, entered into any contests or in any other way used by the Client besides for printing. Additional downloads and print rights may be purchased for family members use.
3. Clients Usage: The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer. If the Client decides to post photographs to a social media site (i.e. Facebook) they agree to give copyright credit to the Photographer by listing vJoy Photography in the album and/or on the prints. The Client shall in no way alter the pictures posted by the photographer to Facebook or the digital files given to them, if purchased, as stated in paragraph three. This includes cropping and editing out the logo stamp on posted prints.
4. Failure to Perform: If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to accident or other causality, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer's illness, then the Photographer will return to the Client the deposit and any other payment made, excluding session fees completed prior to cancellation, but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through the mail, lost through camera malfunctioning, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client's order.
5. Inherent Qualities: The Client is aware that dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to inherent qualities of dyes, and the Client releases Photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.
6. Final Product: The Photographer will perform to the best of their ability, but the Client realizes that there may be things out of the Photographer’s control.
7. Photographers Standard Price List: The charges in this Agreement are based on the Photographer's Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed.
